Operational Guidelines and Protocols for New Client Onboarding.

Efficient Compliance and Account Setup:

When the client fills out the account opening form they get an auto reply email from our compliance department requesting a copy of a valid identification and a residential bill no older than 3 months. They also receive login details from our customer service department for the client login area. Here they may upload their identification and residential bill easily.

Paperless Transaction Process:

After the compliance department confirms receipt of identification and residential bill the accounts department sends the client the invoice, terms and conditions, stock purchase agreement, NDA and payment instructions. All these documents can be signed online via their user account. Also all signed documents and history is kept in the user client area in PDF format so the client always has easy access to their documents.
